High School Volleyball: OLA vs Puckett

When you’re talking about the most dominant high school team on the Gulf Coast across all sports, the conversation starts with Our Lady Academy volleyball.

The Crescents have won six state championships in a row, not to mention 15 overall and last night they were looking to punch their ticket back to the state tournament at Ole Miss.

OLA hosting Puckett in this quarterfinal match-up, visitors coming in with just three losses all year.

OLA wins in straight sets 25-3, 25-16, and 25-17. Head Coach Mike Meyers said, “When you work as hard as they do and put in as much time, it really means a lot and it makes me feel good when they’re that emotional because you can tell that it does mean a lot to them and it should, okay? This is very special.”
