High School Boys Soccer: Gulfport vs. Biloxi

Entering tonight’s regular season finale between Gulfport and Biloxi the two schools had combined for nine straight wins. The Admirals hadn’t lost since way back in December against the Indians.
So, it’s only fitting that a winner-take-all scenario would present itself for the region 8 class 6A class district crown.
Big Red comes in with a perfect league mark of 5-0, Gulfport at 4-1.
Gulfport pitches a shut out to clinch the district title over rival Biloxi by the final score of 2-0.
On the girls’ side, the Lady Admirals took down their opposition as well, beating the Lady Indians 5-0 to clinch their divisional crown.
