Health and Wellness show took place at Edgewater Mall Saturday

‘Let’s get fit, Gulf Coast.’ That was the goal of this weekend’s health and wellness show at Edgewater Mall.

Clear Vision Entertainment organized the event, which featured several businesses who were able to help people meet their fitness goals.

There were presentations throughout the day, even a mixed martial arts demonstration. Door prizes were handed out every 30 minutes and free COVID and flu vaccines were also available.

Anyone who donated blood now has a chance to win Superbowl tickets. Clean Vison Entertainment Owner Glenn Mattina said, “We had a good showing with exhibitors, and the turnout with the weather and obviously with what’s going on today. And all the exhibitors are happy with the results and the folks who came out. It was a good turnout and everybody got the opportunity to get in front of some people and let them know the different choices they have to live healthier and happier this new year.”

Aflac, Crunch Fitness, and Pine Belt Dermatology were among the businesses participating.
