Hattiesburg Regional Preview

Perhaps the most important weekend in the history of Pete Taylor Park is less than 24 hours away. Southern Miss is hosting a regional for the first time since 2003 with a trip to Super Regionals on the line.
The Pete is sure to be rocking with tickets being sold out as early as Tuesday. The atmosphere will be hard to ignore, but if the Golden Eagles want to make a deep post season run, they might have to find a way to do just that.
Today, players took the field for their last official practice before the game starts tomorrow and the message for USM is to not let the moment get too big.
Tomorrow’s game versus the Flames of Illinois-Chicago will be the first ever meeting between the two teams.
