Harrison County students compete in Spelling Bee
Students from all over Harrison County were in Woolmarket for the county-wide spelling bee Tuesday night.
Schools in the Harrison County School District represented at the Bee as well as home-schooled students.
The winners advance to the state level for a chance to compete in the National Spelling bee in Washington, D.C.
Students ranged from nine to 14 years old and in the third and eighth grade.
The winners of the spelling bee are:
- 1st place- Madelyn Blue
- 2nd Place- Cora Schramm
- 3rd Place- Archer Kraft
