Harrison County Sheriff’s Office remembers Deputy Robert Immel

HARRISON COUNTY, Miss. (WXXV)- The Harrison County Sheriff’s Office is taking a moment to remember the life of a deputy.

Deputy Robert Immel recently passed away, serving with the agency for almost 20 years.

Deputy Immel began his career at the adult detention center until he moved to a patrol deputy. He also served on the K9 unit in multiple capacities.

Deputy Immel was also involved in the cooking team and the disaster relief team.

The Harrison County Sheriff’s Office says Deputy Immel will be missed.
