Some Harrison County Sand Beaches open after Hurricane Francine

The Harrison County Board of Supervisors announced that the sand beaches from Porter Avenue and eastward are now open to the public, following the initial cleanup efforts after Hurricane Francine.
While the beaches west of Porter Avenue remain closed for continued restoration, crews are working diligently to complete the cleanup and ensure the safety of all visitors.
The board asks the public for patience and cooperation during this ongoing process.
