Harrison County Republican Club hosting watch party

The Harrison County Republican Club is hosting their watch party tonight. It’s happening at 204 East Courthouse Road in Gulfport.

The public is invited to attend and watch together as the local and national election results come in this evening.

Club President Dan Carr spoke to News 25 today about the incredible voter turnout we’re seeing across the Coast.

He believes Mississippians are showing up to vote for freedom. “When you look at the direction of our country and the direction of our nation, you’re either voting for socialism or you’re voting for freedom. You see record turn out, not just Mississippi, but all over the nation and it is because people are going to come out and vote for freedom. It’s going to be an exciting night I think for the Republican party and I think it’s going to be an exciting night for the Republicans of Mississippi.”

If you’d like to attend tonight’s watch party, doors open at 6:30 p.m. and are expected to stay open tomorrow morning.
