Harrison County presented with 2018 President’s Circle Award

Harrison County’s Beautification Commission is presented with the ‘Keep America Beautiful’ 2018 President’s Circle Award.

The award is given to recognize excellent performance in creating clean, green, and beautiful communities.

Harrison County participates in many service projects throughout the year including a county-wide Christmas tree recycling day and a plastic and paper recycling day.

The Harrison County Beautification Commission is one of ‘Keep America Beautiful’s” more than 600 communities in the program.
