Harrison County man indicted on sex crime charge

A Harrison County man has been indicted on sex crime charges.

According to the indictment, 20-year-old Dequon Johnson, is charged with one count of touching a child for lustful purposes.

The indictment states that been May 28 and May 29, 2023, he groped a child under the age of 16.

Johnson was arrested on the indictment by Biloxi Police on March 27, 2024. He was taken to Harrison County jail and is being held without bond pending his inital appearance on April 15.
