Harrison County holds PIO Preparedness Hurricane Presentation

HARRISON COUNTY, Miss. (WXXV)- Tuesday morning, the Harrison County EMA hosted a PIO Preparedness Hurricane Presentation in Gulfport.

This meeting briefed county departments and emergency partners on the importance of hurricane preparedness efforts and staying on the same page ahead of the 2025 hurricane season.

The meeting also covered emergency strategies, community outreach plans, and coordination protocols.
