Harrison Central’s Sherri Davis wins NHSACA National Assistant Coach of the Year

Harrison Central Assistant Softball Coach Sherri Davis has been named the National Assistant Girls Sport Coach of the Year courtesy of the National High School Athletic Coaches Association at its annual national convention in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Coach Davis was nominated by the MHSAA based on longevity, service to high school athletics, honors, championship years, she’s been a part of four of those, and winning percentage.

Harrison Central’s Jimmy Parker won the same award last summer for head coach.
