Harrison Central Boys Basketball: Carlous Williams commits to South Carolina

Harrison Central’s three star forward Carlous Williams is a popular guy in the high school basketball recruiting scene and he just got a lot more popular in Columbia, South Carolina.

Today, the Red Rebels big man made it official with the Gamecocks, announcing his verbal commitment ahead of his senior season.

Williams picked up an offer from South Carolina in July and is choosing the Gamecocks over Ole Miss, LSU, Louisiana Tech, Oklahoma State, Mississippi State, Baylor, Southern Miss, UAB, University of Houston, and University of New Orleans.

As a junior, Williams helped lead the Red Rebels all the way to the 6A semi-finals.
