Harrah’s Makes Pink Drinks for Breast Cancer Awareness

Harrah’s Gulf Coast is joining the effort to raise awareness for one of the world’s most pressing health issues facing women: breast cancer.

During the month of October, casino patrons will notice pink promotions around the property in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, including a "pink zone" on the gaming floor, featuring new pink blackjack tables. The casino’s Mix and Mingle bar will also be offering pink drinks for a good cause.

Shay Smith, Marketing Specialist at Harrah’s Gulf Coast, says, “Our specialty bar and lounge, Mix and Mingle, will offer drinks such as Tickled Pink, the Pink Plunge, the Pink Warrior, and a specialty shot called the Hooter Shooter, and proceeds from each drink sale will go to the Pink Lotus Project, which is a wonderful organization within this community.”

Five dollars from a Think Pink Pedicure in the Bellisimo Spa will also go towards a local breast cancer organization.
