Hands On Science Learning
This trip has become a yearly tradition. Taking kids out of the classroom and into the wilderness to see what they’re learning in the classroom come to life.
Students learned about the native Mississippi Sandhill Cranes, a species with only about 100 left in the wild.
Whether it was dissecting a plant or training like a fire fighter, students enjoyed the outdoors while learning in a wildlife habitat special to us here in Mississippi.
