Hancock County students praised for response after bus driver suffered medical emergency

HANCOCK COUNTY, Miss. (WXXV)-Hancock County School District leaders are praising the quick thinking of Hancock Middle School students during dismissal Wednesday.

The district says a bus driver suffered a medical emergency while the bus was moving.

The students immediately jumped into action to make sure the bus stopped safely and called emergency services so the driver could get medical attention.
