Hancock County Chamber holds Salute to Business and Industry Gala
Hancock County turned out last night to honor its business community at the annual Salute to Business and Industry Gala at Hollywood Casino.
Hancock County Chancery Clerk Tim Kellar was recognized as one of the top 10 outstanding citizens and was named Citizen of the Year. Rocket Lab was honored as the industry of the year.
Other awards went to St. Augustine Seminary and Gulfside Assembly for the Community Award of Excellence and CASA of Hancock County was honored as Nonprofit of the Year.
Businesses of the Year went to Biz-zee-bee Children’s Apparel of Bay St. Louis, the Club of Diamondhead in Diamondhead, Southern Girl Cookies in Waveland, and Uncle Joe’s Pizza and Wings in Hancock County.
