Gun Brought To Pass Christian Elementary School

News 25 has confirmed that a student brought a gun to Pass Christian Elementary School this Morning. Pass Christian Police Chief Tim Handricks Tells News 25 the student had the gun on campus for about 20 minutes before it was reported and found. He says the situation was handled quickly and effectively and by all parties involved, including staff, administration and school resource officers. Investigators are now trying to find out why and how the student got ahold of a gun and brought it to school.
