Gulfport Police searching for missing 60-year-old man David Earl Woods

GULFPORT, Miss. (WXXV)-The Gulfport Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing person, David Earl Woods, of Perkinston, Mississippi.

Woods is described as a 60-year-old white male, approximately 5’11” tall and weighing 190 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair. He was last seen on July 3, 2026, in the area of the Island View Casino.

Woods is an avid casino patron and is known to frequent Gulfport, Biloxi, and New Orleans locations.

Woods is possibly in the New Orleans area as of July 28, 2026, but authorities and family have been unable to verify these reports.
