Gulfport officer struck by van released from hospital

According to the Gulfport Police Department, Officer Luis Garcia has been released from the hospital. Officer Garcia was struck by a van on Monday, January 22nd.
While he has a long recovery ahead, he is able to do so from his home with his family.
