Gulfport man arrested on aggravated and domestic assault charges
GULFPORT, Miss. (WXXV)- A Gulfport man is behind bars on aggravated assault and domestic assault charges.
Thirty-five-year-old Shaun Lawler was taken into custody Monday night after police responded to a home on Palmer Drive for a reported cutting incident.
Two victims were found at the scene with multiple lacerations and both are now in stable condition at an area hospital.
Lawler had reportedly been awake for several days at the time of the cutting due to the use of narcotics.
He’s currently being held at the Harrison County Jail on a $400,000 bond.
