Gulfport leaders celebrate grand opening of new Hampton Inn by Hilton Hotel

GULFPORT, Miss. (WXXV)- A new hotel is opening its doors in Gulfport. Thursday, the Mississippi Gulf Coast Chamber of Commerce helped cut the ribbon on Hampton Inn by Hilton.

The new 98 room hotel sits right off Highway 90, situated near dozens of Gulfport amenities and complete with a scenic view of the sound, a resort-style outdoor pool, fitness center, and complimentary hot breakfast.

Guests were already seen filling the parking lot and the lobby as city leaders celebrated the investment in Gulfport’s continued growth.

The hotel is now welcoming guests visiting the Mississippi Gulf Coast for business travel, leisure, or a serene Coastal getaway.
