Gulfport Historical Society offering history expo for the community

Gulfport, Miss. (WXXV)- The Historical Society of Gulfport is playing host to an expo.

Local museums and organizations all coming out to take part in a historic day of fun.

Those ranging from Beauvoir, the Coast Transit Authority, to Keesler Air Force Base coming out.

Guests were treated to stories of their foundings.

The expo is set to start again on Saturday from 10 to 4.

The Mississippi Aquarium will even have penguins on site for the public.
