Gulfport High School Flooding

Gulfport High School dismissed early due to the heavy rains and flood.
Construction is ongoing in the southeast corner of campus which has led to a drainage issue and some flooding on campus. According to school officials, students were originally moved to different classrooms, but as the flooding continued they made the decision to dismiss early.
Buses were sent to the school to bring students who did not have transportation home.
