Gulfport High Culinary Team wins big at competition

The Gulfport High Culinary Team took home a big win in a state competition.

Chef Windham and the team Coastal Chefs won the Mississippi Department of Education’s Junior Chef Child Nutrition Competition.

The competition is used to inspire culinary arts students to use their skills to create lunch options that meet the dietary requirements for the state’s public schools.
