Gulfport Harbor Lights Winter Festival is the “Most Magical Show in Mississippi”
Known as the ‘Most Magical Show in Mississippi,’ the Gulfport Harbor Lights Winter Festival enters the final two weeks of operations as their closing day is December 31st.
Indulge in the Christmas spirit with family and friends, gazing at a light show with around 3 million lights, Santa’s village, talking and singing reindeer, and dancing Christmas trees.
With something for the entire family to enjoy, train rides around 40 acres of Jones Park lit up by Christmas decorations, light displays, and Santa’s elves, will surely be the highlight of Christmas break.
Doors open every night starting at 5:30 p.m. for visitors to experience a magical and memorable Christmas holiday. City of Gulfport Communications and Marketing Director Jase Payne said, “We’ve had record crowds this year. Over 70,000 people have already visited Harbor Lights from all across the country. We are looking forward to a beautiful week this week. It’s cold so be sure to pack a coat and some gloves and make sure that the little ones have some layers on and make sure to come on down and enjoy the holiday season with us in Jones Park.”
