Gulfport Fire Station 2 receives extensive damage after catching on fire

Fire Station 2 in Gulfport caught fire earlier today.

According to Gulfport Fire Chief Billy Kelley work was being done outside of the station when insulation caught fire.

Extensive interior damage was reported. There were no injuries.

Gulfport will work to find an alternative location for station 2.
