Gulfport Fire responds to fire caused by lightning strike

Earlier today, Gulfport Fire responded to a small fire behind a residence on Duckworth Road. According to Fire Chief Billy Kelley, the building was struck by lightning.

Gulfport Fire responded and extinguished the fire. There were no injuries.
