Gulfport community shares coffee with local law enforcement officers

South Mississippi police officers woke up bright and early this morning to connect with the communities they serve.

Gulfport police officers say the best way to start off the morning is with a cup of coffee and donuts.

The Gulfport Police Department wanted to interact with Gulf Coast residents and get to know the people they protect within the community.

The department hosts Coffee with a Cop a couple of times a year.
