Gulfport baseball’s Ethan Garner commits to Tulane

On the high school diamond, Gulfport standout Ethan Garner is officially a Division I baseball commit, giving his verbal pledge to Tulane this week.

Already showing off all the tools as a sophomore outfielder in 2022, Garner tied for the team-lead with 35 hits while hitting over .350 to go along with 43 runs scored, three home runs, seven doubles, 20 runs batted in, and a perfect 14-for-14 on stolen base attempts.

Garner got the offer in June in the midst of what’s been a great off-season for his 16-U Louisiana Knights.
