Gulfport Baseball: Rolling Admirals boast 13 game winning streak

When the Gulfport baseball team started the season with seven straight wins before its first loss, that was impressive. But when the Gulfport baseball team won its next 13 games and counting, that was and is even more impressive.
Dating back to March 11th, the Admirals got a bounce back win over Pascagoula and they haven’t lost since. They now boast an overall record of 20-1 heading into tomorrow’s rematch against Harrison Central.
Gulfport beat the Red Rebels by two runs on Tuesday and that’s kind of been the story of the whole winning streak. Eight of the 13 wins during that stretch have been decided by exactly one run. The Admirals continue to gain confidence with every photo finish.
Tomorrow’s game will be at Harrison Central. First pitch is set for 7 p.m.
