Gulfport AMR dog attended National Championship football game
Last weekend, AMR Therapy Dog Tucker and AMR Deputy Chief Charles Wise ‘ruffereed’ puppies at the playoff championship game presented by Global Medical Response.
Tucker and Chief Wise had a chance to attend the National Championship football game in Indianapolis and demonstrate the importance of their day-to-day work with first responders from around the nation.
Wise was selected for the GMR Therapy Dog Team in 2018. “Therapy dogs are great. We use our therapy dogs here at GMR for our employees to help them with stress, emotional things that go on with routine calls during the day. Tucker has been with us for three years now and Tucker has been a great asset to the company.”
Tucker was the first GMR therapy dog to complete his training and be certified at the one-year mark.
