Gulf Hills Hotel and Resort celebrates Elvis Week

Elvis Week is in full swing at the Gulf Hills Hotel and Resort in Ocean Springs.

The week kicked off on Monday night with Elvis Bingo. Attendees listened to the King’s music, wore their favorite Elvis attire, and enjoyed food and beverages.

Bruce Roberts, the host of Elvis Week, described the scene around him and the importance of the event.

“So we’re playing Elvis music and some stuff that Elvis listened to and it’s a bingo game,” Roberts said. “It’s our way of kicking off Elvis week and getting everybody into the spirit of remembering Elvis and the good times associated with him.”

The party will continue through the rest of the week, with events including an Elvis Pool and Movie night from 3pm to 9pm on Friday and an Elvis Brunch on Saturday.
