Gulf Coast High School Standouts Choosing Final Destinations
The list of top flight high school athletes from the Gulf Coast without a home at the next level continues to shrink with each commitment. This week alone has made a pretty large dent.
Yesterday, we mentioned George County wide receiver Tyrese Fryfogle and his pledge to Indiana, but he’s not alone. His quarterback LaRaymond Spivery has opted to go with his first love of basketball and commit to Mississippi Gulf Coast. Another one of his receivers in Dwan Williams is going the Juco route as well, having given his word to Pearl River.
Over at Pascagoula, former star running back Reginald Hunter has enrolled early at East Mississippi, leaving six other Division I offers on the table.
Then there’s Gulfport soccer standout, Alexis Arnoult who’s committed to Louisiana Lafayette as a junior.
