Greenville Church Fire Marked with Trump Graffiti

Pro-Donald Trump Graffiti is scrawled on a burning historic black church in western Mississippi. All signs point to arson.
Someone spray painted “Vote Trump” on Hopewell Baptist Church in Greenville. Firefighters discovered the message as flames engulfed the church last night.
Heavy fire, water and smoke damage are reported in the sanctuary, along with damage to other areas. No one was hurt.
Greenville Mayor Errick D. Simmons said, “I talked to people who were intimidated. I talked to people who quite frankly were sad and crying last night. That should not happen in 2016. It happened in the 50s, it happened in the 60s, but we’re in 2016 and that should not happen. I see it as an attack, I see it as a strategy, an evil one.”
Investigators are interviewing witnesses and they say they may have a person of interest, but stop short of calling that person a suspect.
