Grand Magnolia to host Jimmy Buffett tribute

Grand Magnolia Ballroom is hosting a tribute concert in honor of Jimmy Buffett on Sunday.

The Pascagoula Run: Hometown Tribute in Song to Jimmy Buffett will be at 6 p.m. at the Grand Magnolia.

Featured artists will be Matt Hoggatt, Double Dee, Johnny Mire, and Taylor Craven.

Hoggatt, a Coast musician and a retired Coast detective in law enforcement, was a friend of Buffett’s and helped organize the event.

No tickets will be sold, but donations are requested with proceeds benefitting Dixie Adoptables Animal Rescue.
