Governor Reeves visits storm-damaged counties

Governor Tate Reeves spent much of the day Monday visiting the hardest hit areas from the winter storm.

Reeves visited with National Guardsmen in Tishomingo County, a warming center in Alcorn County, as well as with medical professionals and emergency managers in those counties as well.

There are less than 50,000 power outages in the state. Elon Musk has also sent more than 500 generators to impacted residents in Tippah County as they continue to recover.
