Governor Reeves promises lawsuit fighting federal vaccine mandates

Governor Tate Reeves is speaking out against federal mandates for COVID vaccines, saying its nothing short of ‘tyranny.’

He made a post on Facebook Tuesday telling people he’s working with the Attorney General’s Office to file a lawsuit against the Biden Administration by the end of the week.

In that same post, the governor talks about new guidance released this week that says employers must honor religious convictions and health status.

He says that new guidance “opens the door for Mississippi workers to keep their jobs if you have a sincerely held conviction.”

The governor closes by saying “Every Mississippi business, university, and hospital should bend over backwards to accommodate and presume good will.”
