Governor Reeves issues executive order reestablishing fitness test
JACKSON, Miss. (WXXV)- Governor Tate Reeves issues an executive order to reestablish the Presidential Fitness Test for students across Mississippi.
This comes after President Trump issued a federal executive order reestablishing the President’s Council on Sports, Fitness, and Nutrition.
Governor Reeves said in a statement that he believes that by bringing the fitness test back that students will be more physically active and will help to educate them on healthy eating habits.
