Governor Reeves calls for flags at full staff on Inauguration Day

Governor Tate Reeves has directed all flags to be flown at full-staff on Inauguration Day.
The flags are currently at half-staff for a 30-day mourning period following President Jimmy Carter’s death.
Governor Reeves said the original mourning order does not mention it had to be a consecutive thirty-day period.
Flags will return to half-staff at sunrise on January 21st, ending the mourning period on January 28th.
