Goodwill releases donation guidelines and accepted items list

Throughout the pandemic, Goodwill stores across the country have seen an uptick in donations that they cannot resell or recycle.

It’s an issue that the organization is constantly dealing with.

With spring cleaning underway, the nonprofit is hoping people’s generosity doesn’t go to waste by letting people know what they can and cannot donate.

Goodwill cannot accept things like car parts, damaged furniture, household chemicals, large appliances, and medication.
