Girl Scout Troop 3577 holding supply drive to help animals impacted by Hurricane Ida

Local organizations all across the Mississippi Gulf Coast are stepping up to help our neighbors in Louisiana recovering from Ida including those with fur.

An Ocean Springs Girl Scout troop is holding a relief supply drive benefiting all animals impacted by the hurricane.

Troop 3577 is collecting supplies to drop off to residents and rescues in need. They are asking for animal food, leashes, collars, cat litter, cleaning supplies, crates/kennels, and anything else you would like to give.

Donations can be dropped off now through September 16th at T and N Feed Store, Hunter MMA, and Big Ridge Veterinary Hospital.

The troop plans to deliver supplies to LaPlace and other hard-hit places on September 18th.
