Gilich vs. Stallings in Biloxi General Election

Mayor Andrew ‘FoFo’ Gilich is up against Democrat candidate Sugar Stallings for the Biloxi mayor’s seat.
Both candidates are hitting the ground running, campaigning for votes in the general election. Gilich is looking to keep his position for the next four years and Stallings tells News 25 she will be the voice of the people if she is elected.
Both candidates tell News 25 they’re ready to fight for the City of Biloxi. “Before June 6th, I was hitting the ground running, starting in my neighborhood and the areas surrounding that. I live in Ward 5, so I’m just doing that. I’m talking to citizens, but I’m listening to citizens. The critical issues, like I said, infrastructure project finishing up, public safety, our robust jobs, youth engagement, but besides that what the citizens need are my needs,” said Stallings.
Gilich said, “I promise you, you won’t be disappointed with me and we’ll fight every battle for Biloxi and for our Coast.”
The general election takes place June 6th for the state of Mississippi.
