George County’s Addison Davis throws fifth shutout in 11-0 win over St. Martin

The St. Martin Yellowjackets hosted the George County Lady Rebel softball team for some Monday night light action. The Lady Rebel bats wasted no time as senior Addison Davis hit a grand slam in the top of the first inning. They’d tack on one run in the third and two runs in the fifth thanks to two RBI’s from Braylee Bishop and one from Jordyn Bradley. Highlights also show Bradley making a run saving catch at second base. Yellowjacket catcher Alivia Allen also had a beautiful throw down to second on a hit and run call.

The Lady Rebels defeat St. Martin for the second time this year with a final score of 11-0. Addison Davis would record her fifth shutout of the year with 12 strikeouts and only one hit.
