George County man missing since Wednesday has been found

George County Sheriff’s Office reports that Howard Lamar Moseley, 77, who went missing Wednesday, has been found safe.

The Sheriff’s Office issued a silver alert after he went missing near his home in the Central Community about 5:30 p.m. Wednesday.

The Sheriff said Moseley will be reunited with his family once he is cleared by medical personnel.

Sheriff Havard thanked everyone who helped with the search, as well as the organizations that contributed to the effort.
