George County alum Marquez Dortch transferring from MSU to California
Today, George County alum Marquez Dortch announced his decision to transfer to Cal-Berkeley.
The former four-star recruit originally signed with Mississippi State in December 2021 and hit the transfer portal in early April.
Dortch still has all four years of eligibility, logging just one catch for one yard in one game in 2022.
As a high school senior, the former Mississippi-Alabama All-Star led the Rebels in receptions, yards, and touchdowns, accounting for over 1,000 all-purpose yards and nine touchdowns.
