Gautier’s Trey Irving named 5A Mr. Football after stellar regular season campaign

Gautier’s  Trey Irving has made a name for himself this season, leading the Gators to a 9-1 regular season record.

The senior quarterback was recently named the 5A Mr. Football – an award that is given to the best high school football player in their class.

The number pop off the stat sheet when looking at Irving’s production over the regular season. 2,013 passing yards, 15 passing touchdowns, 788 rushing yards, and 18 more scores on the ground for the duel threat quarterback.
