Gautier PD investigating fatal shooting on Ladnier Road

GAUTIER, MS – Gautier police detectives are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred at the Pure gas station located at 2218 Ladnier Rd.

Officers were dispatched to the location at around 3:20 pm on this date for a reported shooting. Officers found a 20-year-old victim deceased from gunshot wounds when they arrived on-scene. The victim’s identity is being withheld pending next of kin notification.

The suspect is described as a black male, wearing a white shirt and khaki shorts. He was last seen running toward the Crossing at Ladnier Apartments.

Gautier PD is in the early stage of this investigation and more information will be released when available.
