Gautier City Council approves agreement with company for Belk canopy demo

Gautier City Council voted to enter an agreement with a company for the Belk Building Canopy Demolition Project.

The City Council approved the authorization to enter into a professional services agreement with Seymour Engineering for project.

This will not close or destroy the Belk currently sitting on the old Singing River property site.

The City of Gautier entered an agreement with Belk to move forward on town center development in October 2023, allowing Belk to keep its location.
