Garrison murder to go before a Grand Jury

The murder case of Stone County businessman Timmy Garrison will be seen by a Grand Jury. In today’s preliminary hearing, the case was bound over to a Grand Jury and Jody Parks, who is charged with capital murder, is being held without bond.
Both Emmett Entrekin and Evelyn Garrison are charged with conspiracy to commit a crime for allegedly hiring Parks to kill Garrison, and will both be seen by a Grand Jury as well.
A trial date has not been set.
